Shipping policy

Our most orders are shipped within 3-4 working days and delivered in 3-4 days from shipping. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 6 working days, to ship the order, depending upon the order inclusions and quality checks to deliver the you best experience possible. 

In the case of pre-ordered/Made-to-order products, the lead times are mentioned in their product description. You are requested to check those before proceeding with the Checkout. 

We ship through leading courier partners, and you CAN TRACK YOUR ORDER online after it is shipped.

While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together as far as possible, however, in the rare occasion, if some products in your orders are expected to take longer to dispatch (owing to availability / made-to-order / Quality Check situations) compared to the other order Inclusions; we might contact you in person and offer to ship your order in parts, basis your consent. (An additional Shipping Fee maybe payable wherever applicable in this case) 

We strive hard as far as possible to deliver on time, but on occasions, owing to the order load with the courier services and depending upon your delivery location, there could be a delay of about 2-3 days.

In the unlikely event, if at all, we are unable to deliver any items in your order, we will notify you prior to dispatching your order and basis your decision, we'll be happy to make amends for you with any of the following options-

1. Offer you a DIFFERENT creation as per your liking, of the same or higher Price. (Difference amount payable)

2. Offer you a CREDIT NOTE or a GIFT CARD of the same amount, or

3. If you rather please, REFUND you the amount charged for that product.

For international shipping inquiries can mail us at aalie@17thartstreet.com stating your requirements, with your delivery address details mentioning your Zip code and Destination. We would get back to you with the quote at the earliest possible. 

The normal shipping time for the international shipping is 15-20 days.
